What information do you need from me?

We can still create a powerful reading! While knowing your exact birth time allows for deeper precision (especially with Ascendant and Houses), we can still interpret your planetary alignments and emotional patterns meaningfully without it.
How long does it take to receive my reading?
You will receive your personalized PDF within 3–5 business days. Every report is created from scratch, and we take the time needed to ensure quality and depth.
Will my information be kept private?

Can I order a reading as a gift for someone else?
Yes! You can absolutely gift a reading. Simply fill out the birth details of the recipient during checkout. Feel free to add a note if you want the tone of the reading adjusted (e.g., gentle encouragement for a birthday or life transition).
What happens after I place my order?
You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email. Our team then carefully prepares your reading, beginning data validation, chart creation, analysis, and written interpretation. You’ll receive your completed report within 3–5 business days.
Can I request updates or changes after submitting my birth details?
If you realize an error in your birth details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that point, editing is not guaranteed, as work may have begun on your reading.
How is the PDF delivered?
You will receive a private, secure email containing a download link to your personalized PDF file.
